Who Are We?
LA Emergency Management Department
The city agency responsible for the coordination of disaster response within the City of Los Angeles. LAEMD provides personnel to coordinate, facilitate, and support the Business Operations Center (BOC). These individuals also advocate for the Council within the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Pacific Battleship Center
PBC is the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization responsible for the Collective. The organization provides administrative support, organizes donations, facilitates the Councils efforts, and ensures alignment with the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between PBC and the City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department.
